NDNS results are formally reported with regular results reports via government. The latest and previous reports can be found at: www.gov.uk/government/collections/national-diet-and-nutrition-survey#current-ndns-results. Reports include appendices which give comprehensive details of the methods used in the NDNS RP.
A Data Resource Profile has been published in the International Journal of Epidemiology which provides information about the data and samples available from the NDNS Rolling Program Years 1-11 (2008 – 2019) and prior surveys in the collection: https://doi.org/10.1093/ije/dyac106
