The BioRepository has provided research support for studies and trials since 2017. Our Laboratory team, based in the heart of the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, operates the most advanced automated systems for retrieving and arraying biological material for biomarker applications, as well as cost-effective solutions for DNA extractions and Quality Control.

Latest facilities

Recently, the BioRepository expanded its sample storage facility with our new Nordic ULT Freezer System, which provides:

• 100% backup for safer sample storage
• 24/7 monitoring and telemetry
• significant energy saving and carbon footprint reduction.
  

All-in-one sample management

Based in the Cambridge Research Park, our Sample Management team offer rapid turnaround time for
sample reception and retrieval. As well as our -80°C storage, our -20°C room and liquid nitrogen tanks can accommodate any sample type.

HTA licenced

All our facilities operate under a Human Tissue Act license and use a LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to track every sample journey.
