Work and interests
Rozi was an MRC Research Assistant with the Unit at the Princess of Wales Hospital in Ely, where she was responsible for clinical blood collection, anthropometric measurement and body composition tests such as the Dexa (Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) scan and ultrasound, and laboratory analysis. She also trained new members of the Field Epidemiology team. She left the Unit in July 2021.
Background and experience
Before joining the Unit she worked in Addenbrooke’s Hospital for over 20 years, first as an IV technician in the Oncology and Neurology Departments, and subsequently managing the phlebotomy wards & outpatients services, where she played an integral role in the refurbishment of the Phlebotomy Department.
