Work and interests
Nick was a Ph.D. student with the Social, Economic and Neighbourhood Determinants of Diet programme within the Dietary Public Health theme at the Centre for Diet and Activity Research (CEDAR), supervised by Dr Pablo Monsivais. He completed his PhD project, which involved the development of a dataset linking food cost and nutritional value, in September 2016. He is interested in household food security, the relationship between diet cost and quality in the British diet, and modelling counterfactual diets.
