Work and interests

Michal was a member of the Laboratory Team, who left the Unit in July 2016.

His role in the Unit involve handling samples from a number of studies conducted by the Unit (Fenland Study, EPIC-Norfolk), and he participated in several different projects that include processing and re-arraying both DNA and non-DNA samples, using automated equipment or manual handling.

Background and experience

Michal completed his masters degrees in Biotechnology and Pharmacy at the University of Wrocław. His masters thesis focused on AGE (advanced glycation-end products), compounds that can be observed in diabetic patients.
