Current work and interests

Mairi is a member of the Laboratory Team, and joined the Unit in November 2021 .

Background and experience

Mairi graduated from the University of Crete with a BSc (Hons) in Biology and has an MSc in Food Science from the University of Leeds and an MBA from the Hellenic Open University.
