Current work and interests

Ervin is working across different research facilities with processing, storing and testing techniques, as well as collaborating to support research projects.

Background and experience

Ervin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Food Technology from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and later completed a Master of Science in Public Health with a focus on implementing, monitoring and evaluating health promotion programs, standards and epidemiological theoretical frameworks and models.
