Christina is HR Coordinator, within the Finance and Business team, since March 2024. Her role includes managing recruitment processes, overseeing HR administration tasks, and providing HR advice and support to staff and line managers.
Background and experience
Christina holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. Her academic journey led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organisations (CIPD Level 7) at the London School of Economics (LSE). Her dissertation ‘The Effect of Extrinsic Work Motivation on Voluntary Employee Turnover: A Cross-Generational Analysis’ reflects her keen interest in HR dynamics and organizational success.
