Work and interests

Amy is interested in health inequalities: socioeconomic factors relating to diet quality and obesity prevalence, and social gradients in health outcomes.
Background and experience
Amy has a BSc in Human Sciences from University College London and an MSc in Nutrition for Global Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Prior to joining CEDAR, Amy worked for PLOS, a scientific publisher and Open Access advocate. Through this role, she gained experience in communicating research, and hopes that she will be able to apply this knowledge to her future projects.
