Application for an exchange visit

Students should complete the application form to define the exchange visit and the academic arrangements. Completing the form should be a joint process between the home supervisor, the host supervisor and the student so that the proposed work can be completed and expectations for the visit are clear.

When the form is complete, please sign and arrange for the form to also be signed by the relevant supervisors. Append a short version of your CV and email to the Principal Investigators of the PhD Exchange Programme i.e.  Professor Shane Norris and Professor Nick Wareham for their review and approval, also copying in the administrative contacts Dr Rebecca Stratford, Prisha Pillay and Sonja Louw.

After your visit

All students will be required to complete an end of visit report form
